The UK Government yesterday (3 November) laid its Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 before Parliament, updating the 2024 regulations.

The streets of London’s Notting Hill district are back to normal this morning, after a major clean-up operation following last weekend’s carnival removed 200 tonnes of waste, the same as 15 of London’s iconic red Routemaster buses.
