Vote for who you think has found the secret ingredient in this year’s Hot 100!Who has found the recipe for success across the waste and resources world this year? It's time for you to tell us!

Now in its 17th year, Resource magazine's Hot 100 is a list of the 100 most influential, creative and important people that have made a key difference to the way our precious natural resources are being managed and protected.

Voting for this year's Hot 100 is now open, giving you the chance to nominate and vote for those you think need to be on the list.

Who has found the secret ingredient to advancing the circular economy? Who do you think has been the crème de la crème of recycling?

Last year, Cat Fletcher, Co-founder of reuse network Freegle, won the hearts of Hot 100 voters with over 1,000 votes for her tireless championing of reuse and keeping perfectly good items in use for as long as possible, as well as the valued community-building aspect of Freegle.

2019’s Hot 100 saw a record number of votes, with the Top 10 once again an illustration of the diversity of talents in the industry and the different scales, both large and small, on which progress can be made in tackling the world’s waste problem.

So, with another eventful twelve months behind us, who will rise to the top of this year’s Hot 100?
