Seligo website and app linking waste collectors with processors continues growth

Sponsored news, the website and app dedicated to streamlining the relationship between waste collectors and processing centres, celebrates another six months of growth with an improved listings feature highlighting waste sites with spare capacity.

Launched in 2017, Seligo allows validated and compliant waste collectors to find local processing centres with capacity, select the best centre for them and book treatment quickly and easily. Seligo allows depositors to source treatment, deposit waste, pay using a simple online system, and be on their way.

Seligo website and app linking waste collectors with processors continues growthSeligo now has hundreds of registered users across the country with more coming online every day, accessing the platform on mobile, tablet and desktop. Recent innovations include its new three-tier subscription model, with sites choosing from Gold, Silver and Bronze options according to their needs. In acknowledgement of its forward-thinking growth over the past year, the platform is currently in the running for Product of the Year at 2019 RWM Innovation Awards

As part of its latest step forward, Seligo’s new smarter search feature can now respond to generic waste terms such as ‘green waste’ or ‘metal’, as well as European waste catalogue (EWC) codes. Meanwhile, its improved listings now highlight sites with spare capacity, making it even easier for collectors to find the right site for their waste quickly and easily.

Seligo is developing new partnerships with major industry players and is extending its geographical coverage every day, with treatment sites across the country realising how their business can benefit from our services.
